Frameworks & Models
Conceptual tools to navigate ethics, leadership, and human development.
The Praxis Model
The Praxis Model offers an inner psychological scaffolding for ethicality.
Drawing on Kolb’s (1984) experiential learning cycle, the model expands and deepens our understanding of ethical practice through the lens of intentionality and hope. Informed by my published work on intentional coaching and positive psychology coaching, and further developed in a forthcoming publication presenting the full model. The Praxis Model invites us to meet ethical tension with presence, discernment, and courageous action.

Courageous Becoming
Seven Movements of Courage in Practice
~ For the development of Ethicality in real-time relational complexity ~
This model traces seven interwoven movements of courageous becoming. Each dimension offers a developmental practice—personal, relational, and systemic. Together, they offer a spiral of lived inquiry: a return to courage in motion.
A Courageous Becoming offers a developmental pathway, emerging through seven movements, for those navigating complexity in real time. It is an invitation to reawaken what is already within—our deeper knowing and capacity for courage— and strengthens our ability to stay present, to choose, and to act.
Each movement introduces a way of intentionally engaging with self, others, and the systems we inhabit—offering a layered, psychologically dynamic scaffolding that nourishes the self, cultivates discernment, and brings courage to life in practice.
This work is drawn from my applied research and builds on themes introduced in The Intentional Coach and Positive Psychology Coaching in the Workplace. It weaves together insights from developmental theory, coaching psychology, relational ethics, and strengths-based frameworks, including influences such as Kolb’s learning cycle, Self-Determination Theory, and Hope Theory.
Forthcoming in Ethical Edge Insights (2025): “A Courageous Becoming: Ethicality as a Developmental Practice“
