For over two decades, I have been quietly at the forefront of integrating coaching psychology, wellbeing, and ethicality—ensuring these fields evolve with integrity at the heart. Through teaching, writing, and leading global conversations, I continue to shape how coaching and leadership engage with these principles.
As a teacher, facilitator, and speaker, I create spaces where people can engage in courageous, human-centered dialogue—the kind that challenges assumptions, deepens ethical awareness, and fosters real change. Whether in a classroom, a coaching session, or a global conversation, my focus is always on bridging wisdom with action, ensuring that ethicality isn’t just a concept, but a lived practice.
My work is about creating pathways for mastery—supporting individuals and industries as they navigate complexity with integrity, courage, and a deep commitment to well-being. I don’t believe in ethics as a checklist; I see it as a way of being—one that requires reflection, adaptability, and the willingness to lead with intention even in the face of uncertainty.
Over the past several years, I’ve founded, created, and led four internationally recognised platforms that are reshaping ethical practice and courageous leadership across the professions. From establishing the Journal of Coaching Ethics to curating thought leadership in Ethical Edge Insights, from fostering global conversations in Changemakers in Conversation to shaping the Coaching Ethics Forum, my work has always been about bringing people together to think, to reflect, and to act with ethical conviction.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief in the power of ethicality and wellbeing to shape a better future—one where coaching, leadership, and human flourishing are deeply intertwined. My approach is grounded in intention, courage, integrity, and joy – because transformation isn’t just about knowledge, it’s about the way we show up, the way we engage, and the way we create a world that reflects our highest values.
